Social Listening and Search Analysis are often used for Marketing performance reporting, but due to the vast amount of historical data aggregated over the years we can use the same data for in-depth consumer research to identify consumer motivations & behavior. We will shed light on why unstructured data is important, and how to analyze them to ultimately drive consumer-centric business decisions.
