Bio:

Federica is a Data Scientist at PAYBACK, Germany’s leading bonus program and largest multichannel marketing platform. During her Master’s degree in Computational Linguistics and Natural Language Processing (NLP), she developed deep expertise in a wide range of language technologies, with a particular focus on applied machine learning and the intersection of linguistics and AI. At PAYBACK, she contributes to the development of use cases that leverage NLP techniques and Generative AI for the marketing domain. In parallel, she is working on a research project in collaboration with the University of Turin leveraging genAI to foster the usage of inclusive language in Italian. Her work exemplifies the practical applications of AI in both commercial innovation and socially impactful research.
