Together with his team Florian Forster is responsible for the complete range of analytical issues in order to improve the customers‘ lifetime value. With his background as economic computer scientist he feels especially comfortable in the field of friction between technical and economic questions.

After several years as consultant in different Business Intelligence projects and sectors he has shifted his technical focus to Data Science at DEFACTO, the leading solution partner for loyalty and CRM.
