Volunteers @ Marketing Analytics Summit Berlin
Berlin - October 5-6, 2022
Our volunteer program is designed for students who are interested in the topic of the event and would like to get access to great content and start building their network as well as for students who are interested in event organization and would like to look behind the scenes.
Whichever category you are in – we would love for you to help us run our events smoothly.
For Marketing Analytics Summit 2022 in Berlin, we are once again looking for motivated, reliable and friendly volunteers to support us for two days, 5th and 6th October 2022.
You can find out exactly what kind of support we are looking for in the detailed description below.
Of course, our volunteers don’t go empty-handed! In addition to an exclusive glimpse behind the scenes of the event, we will provide food & drink during the day and access to the Marketing Analytics Summit 2022 sessions (this is only applicable for some volunteers – see description below).
If you can’t volunteer during all two days, you can still apply. Just let us know which days are possible for you.
Need a confirmation after the event? No problem! We’ll send you a short reference to confirm your volunteer work.
If you have any questions, just let us know

JOB DESCRIBTION
Registration Speaker / Partner
You support us in looking after our partners and speakers, by welcoming them, validating their tickets at the registration and handing out name tags. You make sure that everyone finds their way around and gets off to a good start.
Languages: Good communication skills in English are a must, German is a plus
Time: 5 – 6 October, from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Registration Attendees
At registration you are the first point of contact for all participants. You validate their tickets, hand out and create name badges. You are a „team worker“, friendly and work well under pressure (we have a crunch time first thing in the morning, when most people arrive at the same time and it can get a bit stressful)? Wonderful! Then the registration team would love to have you join the team.:-)

Time: 5 – 6 October, from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Stagehand
Your job is essential so the event runs smoothly. Does the stage need to be cleaned up? Is there water for the speakers? Does the technician need something to eat or drink? Are all the doors closed? Do guests need help?
You will also assist the stage managers in setting up the headsets for the speakers and contribute to the smooth running of the program.

Cloak Room
„Are you patient and stress-resistant? Then this is the right place for you. The cloakroom / suitcase cloakroom is located directly next to the registration. There are times when there is less work to do, but at busy times you should keep your cool and stay on top of things. You may be assigned to other areas during quiet times.

Program Team
You will support us mainly with looking after our speakers. Is the right presentation at the AV table? Does the speaker still want to change something in the presentation? The speaker hasn’t shown up at the stage yet and we need to find her/him urgently? Let’s go! As a volunteer in the program team, you need to be able to keep calm in stressful situations and sometimes running skills can be helpful 😉

Time: 5 – 6 October, from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Runner
As a runner, spontaneity and flexibility are the most important prerequisites. You help out wherever support is needed. This can be at the registration during crunch times, or when your fellow volunteers need a break, or at the entrance.
Let yourself be surprised!
