Dr. Philipp Spreer
Philipp earned his doctorate with a thesis that dealt with both marketing and psychology. Today, he works as a principal at elaboratum, the Munich-based digital business experts. For about 10 years he has been analyzing digital customer behavior and supports successful companies from medium-sized businesses to DAX-listed companies on their way to digital excellence. His focus is on understanding user decisions, holistic UX concepts and the behavioral psychological optimization of interfaces. Philipp’s current book „PsyConversion“ (SpringerGabler 2018) is already being used by over 1,000 companies.
