René Schallner is Manager of the Technology Lab and Senior Researcher at the Nuremberg Institute for Market Decisions. His research focus is in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, social robotics, computer vision, speech synthesis and natural language processing. Prior to that, he worked for 20 years as a mostly self-employed international software developer in the fields of telecom, medical technology and market research.
